====Approaches to humerus====

  * Posterior approach
    * Triceps splitting 
      * Identify heads proximally and can split them
    * Distal triceps sparing
      * free up either side of the triceps tendon
  * Anterolateral (proximal to distal humerus)
    * deltopectoral interval to between deltoid and biceps to between biceps and brachioradialis
